Refund Policy

Refund can only be processed within 7 days of subscription purchased from Antivirus Securities LLC

Customers are not eligible for the refund in the following conditions:


1. Incidents plans – Customers will not be refunded any amount what they have paid once there problem is resolved. If customer has any issue which is not resolved he has to call us on our toll free number 1-800-893-3176 before the expiry date mentioned in his plan. If customer does not call us before this date then we believe that his/her issue has been resolved and no refund will be provided to customer after this date.

2. Annual Support Plans and 6 Month Support Plans - If Antivirus Securities LLC resolves one or more issues and customer confirms it in his/her feedback email, the charges for the Setup Fee (normally $99.99) will not be refundable in any case. Not with standing this Antivirus Securities LLC may, at its sole discretion and on a case to case basis, agree to a refund of Support Plan charges after deducting Setup Fee and cost of paid Anti-virus and any other paid software which has been provided free of cost with any subscription plan.

3. Products – Customer agrees that he will not be provided any refund once the software/Antivirus/product has been delivered to him in email and has been installed in his computer/Laptop.

Change of Mind – There is no refund for the change of mind for Incident Support Plans.

Once customer replies our payment authorization email with "I authoriseAntivirus Securities LLC” in his or her email reply, he/she is bound with our refund policy.



Customer will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met for all incident based plans:


1. The problem is out of scope of the specific plan.

2. Customers have all the pre-requisites which were required to resolve the issue and problem was not resolved till the time account was active.

3. Before 48 Hours after the resolution of the issue and a confirmation from the customer after the issue was last worked upon by Antivirus Securities LLC.

4. The refund will be processed only after getting a written request by the customer on the email id robertalan@antivirussecurities.com along with the reason for refund. * In no case, the amount of refund/claim shall exceed the amount subscribed or paid by the customer to Antivirus Securities LLC.

Terms & Condition

Antivirus Securities LLC establishes several binding terms and conditions on all those who propose to either sign this document or else intend to make an online payment at Antivirus Securities LLC holds the right to either update or alter its Terms of Services (TOS) at any point of time without a prior notice. All new features and conditions apparently accentuating all the services portfolio would be again subject to TOS. A point forth from where any further subsequent use of services would be considered as an explicit consent towards all changes made forth by the company.

Violation of any of the Terms and Conditions declared by the company would end up leading to a termination of an account.

Terms of Service

The client getting the services must be 18 years or more.

One account can be utilized by one person only. This single account has a fixed scope of utilization as set by number of PCs in the agreement. A customer would further require availing support for any additional PCs in case of needs.

Antivirus Securities LLC holds the right to offer services only for problems and software listed on the website. Any software problems and services apart from them do not entitle Antivirus Securities LLC to provide services.

Antivirus Securities LLC delivers services through mediums like Remote, Phone, Chat and e-mail. The onsite module is not included as a model for offering services.

Antivirus Securities LLC is not liable to offer support for any hardware problems related to PCs, Servers, Printers, Routers and Wireless Access Devices.

Antivirus Securities LLC does not provide replacement or takes liability for any malfunctioning computer part.

We do not provide any warranty on hardware and software under the support plan.

Antivirus Securities LLC is not liable for preserving security of a PC such as username and password. Neither shall the company be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from a failure to comply with a security obligation.

PC users are advised not to share their personal data like computer username and password with our tech professionals at any point of time. An accidentally shared password must be changed without delay.

Antivirus Securities LLC cannot be held liable for any losses or damages occurring from a data theft taking place on a user’s computer.

All the customers are requested to observe the remote session started by aAntivirus Securities LLC tech expert. However, if the customer fails to do so and any data theft or loss rising from an unattended remote session or the absence of a technician would not be the responsibility of Antivirus Securities LLC. Moreover, clients are requested not to use any of our services for any illegal or unauthorized reason.

All the interactions and communications between Antivirus Securities LLC Tech experts and customers should be in obedience of cyber laws of India/US or one’s country of residence. Antivirus Securities LLC holds no responsibility for any loss or damage rising directly or indirectly due to the rejection of authorization for any Transaction. Moreover, the organization will also not be liable if in the case of a cardholder going beyond the preset limit mutually agreed upon by the acquiring bank at any time.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms

Customers need to have a valid credit card or Debit Card for availing the services of Antivirus Securities LLC online. Antivirus Securities LLC can at any time accept or reject a demand made via a credit card.

Antivirus Securities LLC’ support services begin from the moment on which the agreement is contracted and the payment is made.

For more than a monthly plan, the service is charged beforehand.

If any customer does not get satisfied with the services of Antivirus Securities LLC or does not receive a solution for a single issue about his PC within a month; the customer will get complete refund from the organization.

If our technicians fail to fix even one issue then we will provide a full refund of the amount to the customer. However, if in case one issue is resolved, the customer will not get full refund. Antivirus Securities LLC holds the right to cut down a minimum of 25% of the total payment charged.

All our service charges are inclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities of India. We do not save any credit card information of the customers without their consent.
